La Mesa requirement for reimbursements are a copy of the invoice and proof of payment invoice was paid (Cancelled Check, CC receipt, statement or UC)
Contingency Usage

Contingency use is base on the the completion of the project based off the inspection. For example if contingency is $100,000 and the project is 50% complete then $50,000 can be used from contingency.

La Mesa will allow up to 50% deposit for the following items: Appliances, Cabinets, Countertops, Electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, Doors, Flooring, Windows. In order to receive the remaining 50% Material must be onstite or installed
