Inspection Fee Schedule
Inpsections are billed separate from Fund Control Services. All inspections are billed to at the time of inspection. A detailed report will be provided to the client for review along with digital photos of the specific inspection.
Residential Inspection Fee: $150.00 Per Inspection
Commercial Inspection Fee: $175.00 Per Inspection
* A discounted rate for insepctions may be otained for projects requiring more than 10 inspections. Please contact our office for these rates and a specific quote.
